Supporting Medical Students, Residents and IMGs
Medical students and residents are future locums and permanent physicians. Therefore communities involved in teaching, supervising, and mentoring medical students and/or residents can benefit by engaging them in the division and the community early in their training and supporting them to begin their practice.
