National Assessment Collaboration Objective Structured Clinical Examination
This is an exam that assesses the readiness of an IMG for entrance into a Canadian medical residency program. Through a series of clinical scenarios, the NAC OSCE tests knowledge skills and attitudes essential for entry into postgraduate training.
IMPORTANT NOTES:
- Before taking this exam, you must have passed the MCCEE.
- NAC OSCE is accepted by the Canadian Residency Matching Service as part of the application.
- You do need the NAC OSCE to apply for medical residency in British Columbia.
- This exam is available twice a year at different centres within Canada only.
